LATE RENEWAL - We cannot waive late fees.​

**You must renew as ​INACTIVE**

You cannot practice real estate until all the following steps are completed.

1. Download the LICENSE STATUS UP​DATE FORM​ and fill out all sections.

2. Email the form to WVREC@WV.GOV.  Once processed you will receive a copy of your license.​​
