​The WV REC is tasked with enforcing the WV Real Estate Licensing Act & related Legislative Rules.  The Commission staff is prohibited from giving legal advice and is limited in scope to items only in the Licensing Act & Rules.

With the passage of House Bill 3203, changes to Chapter 30, Artcle 40 went into affect June 9, 2023.  A memo and several emails have been sent to licensees highlighting the changes.  Legislative Rules are out for public comment for 30 days.​
