How To Apply For A Second License

This is only if you are currently a licensed WV agent looking to hold a license with more than one company.

If you need to switch from your current broker to a new broker, you must fill out a Change Of Employing Broker Request.

1. Obtain a Verification of Employing Broker form from your new Broker.

3. You must select "Second License" as the Candidate Type and use today's date for the state and national pass dates.

4. You will now upload your Verification of Employing Broker form and pay your license fee.
