How To Apply For A Second License

This is only if you are currently a licensed WV agent looking to hold a license with more than one company.

If you need to switch from your current broker to a new broker, you will need to fill out a Change of Employing Broker Request.

1. Obtain a Verification of Employing Broker form from your new Broker.

3. You will need to select "Second License" as the Candidate Type and put in today's date for the state & national pass dates.

4. You will now be able to upload your Verification of Employing Broker form and pay your license fee.
