Broker/Associate Broker

​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Requirements for a second WV Broker License

​Applicants must:

  1. Be 18 years or older and have a​ high school diploma or equivalent.
  2. Have been licensed for a minimum of two (2) years as a salesperson.
  3. Have a current, valid WV Broker or Associate Broker license.
  4. Submit application, fees, and supporting documentation. ​​**Beginning February 12th, 2024 we are no longer accepting paper applications**
  5. Maintain an office space in the State of West Virginia.

​   1.  Fill out the online application​ by selecting the following:
    • ​License type:      Broker or Associate Broker
    • Candidate type:  Second License


Brokers must also:

  1. Register with the WV Secretary of State's Office and YOU must be listed as member or an officer of the company.  The physical address of the company must be in West Virginia.

  2. Upload ​the following with application​:
