Hello licensees!
Starting tonight at midnight on May 1st Renewal Season will begin!
Here are some tips for a smooth renewal:
- Check to make sure your CE is on our approved course list. If your CE is from another state and not on our approved list we can not accept it.
- If you have not done so already, make your FREE basic CE Broker account to track your CE. It takes 24-48 hours for the CE to populate in CE Broker and you cannot renew until it does.
- Set an annual reminder in your phone for the beginning (May 1) and end (June 30) of renewal season. These reminders will help keep you from expiring and paying a late fee!
- When entering your license number, make sure to enter it exactly how it appears on your license.
- Once you complete renewal, SAVE YOUR RENEWAL EMAIL!
- Brokers, please ensure not only you renew but all your licensees as well. A licensee and their Broker will be emailed a copy of their updated 2026-2027 license when they renew, it is required for those licenses to be properly filed. Do NOT sign the license upon receipt, WV licenses are to only be signed when being returned to the Commission for a change.
- Don't put it off, if your CE is done, renew asap!
