The West Virginia Real Estate Commission is no longer accepting PAPER applications for Examination or Licensure. These applications must be completed online.
We have enacted this change to ensure secure and timely communication with our testing vendor.

We will still be accepting paper renewal applications during renewal season (Beginning May 1st, 2024) for a $35 processing fee.
