We are aware that our testing vendor, Pearson Vue, is currently experiencing system issues.
They have identified and remediated the root cause of the system preformance issue, and at this time, systems are beginning to recover.
You may still experience intermittent issues while systems come back online.
Impacts you may experience:
- · Scheduling exams: Registrations (new, reschedule, and cancellations) and score report access are unavailable via their website and call center. This includes any access to candidate profile details.
- · Testing: Exam delivery is available in test centers and via OnVUE. For the time being, OnVUE candidates should use the link in their exam confirmation letter to start exams. They have added this detail regarding exam delivery to their website.
